The Antiques Roadshow
The Antiques Roadshow is developing a teacher tote bag of resources and materials; the first tour will either be in November or early next year. Stages 1-2 have introduced Ancient Civilisations as an aspect of their syllabus, therefore the project can be expanded to instructing primary school students. -
Critical Antiquities.
To support the publicity and accessibility of the Critical Antiquities Workshop (CAW). The funding will cover (1) the production of our flyers that publicise and promote CAW and (2) the editing of CAW recordings for upload to YouTube.
Previous awards were approved for the following projects:
- The Pompeii Cast Project (2024)
- The Teaching Classical Languages Symposium (2022)
- Subsidise a magazine issue on a relevant theme
- Latin in primary schools scheme
- Co-ordinate project to restore classical languages to the National Curriculum
- AV equipment in an adult education setting
