Contributions

Articles are accepted for publication in three categories:

(i) original articles on scholarly topics relating to the world’s of Ancient Greece and Rome, their literature, and their languages;

(ii) articles based on teaching experience rather than scholarship and research, designed to enhance and promote the teaching of the classical languages, eg. papers originally delivered at CLTA conferences;

(iii) invited contributions. Articles falling into the first category sent by the Editor to one or more appropriate readers for their comments on the merits and suitability of the piece.

Acceptance is dependent upon satisfaction of the referee(s) and of the Editorial Board. Articles falling into the second category are not usually subject to the same refereeing procedure, but are included the if they are deemed by the Editor and Editorial board to be useful reading for CANSW and CLTA members, as well as for those of similar interests around the globe. Articles of the third category are respected to conform to the standard set for other articles, and the author will generally be held do have a special expertise which would render referral to others otiose. The Editorial Board consists of the Editor, Business Manager, and up to two representatives of each Association. Contributions should be sent to the Editor.
